摘要: The changes in the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis during placebo week oral contraceptive pill users were assessed. Fifteen women using combined studied for eight hours at start and end of gonadotropin secretion estradiol concentrations compared with those control follicular phase an unmedicated menstrual cycle. Both suppressed week. By day 7 placebo, pulse patterns indistinguishable from subjects although still significantly lower.
