摘要: In the digestive tract of mice (HR-1, 5 months old, ♀), asialo GM1 (GA1) exhibiting receptor activity toward several intestinal bacteria was preferentially expressed in small intestine. Also, less than 10% GA1 intestine converted into fucosylated and sulfated derivatives, but it completely to fucosyl (FGA1) stomach, cecum colon. Among lipid components these tissues, glycolipids other Forssman antigen cholesterol sulfate (CS) were present contents. However, GA1, sulfatide gastro-intestinal contents not cecal colonic contents, which major ceramide monohexoside (CMH), FGA1. The total amount whole 20% that tissues. Thus, stable during process digestion, excreted from body together with CS. On hand, Lactobacillus johnsonii (LJ), whose is detected on sequential analysis 16S-ribosomal RNA TLC-immunostaining antigenic anti-LJ antiserum. LJ found comprise cultured lactobacillus medium under aerobic conditions, be 9.8 × 107 cells versus 37 μg 1.4 × 108 49 μg respectively. might facilitate discharge by becoming attached them prevent their irregular diffusion.
