摘要: Publisher Summary Atomic absorption methods are the most widely used for determination of metals in biological materials. This chapter discusses an overview field to help selection among available techniques. The various elements will then be treated with recommendations preferred methodology. understanding that atomic is two techniques: flame (AAS) and furnace AAS. Flame AAS generally best analytical technique samples easily collected as solutions, if analyte concentration above mg/liter range solution.
