摘要: Stress or heat shock proteins (HSPs) 70 and 90 are powerful chaperones whose expression is induced in response to a wide variety of physiological environmental insults. These have different functions depending on their intracellular extracellular location. Intracellular HSPs protective function. They allow the cells survive potentially lethal conditions. The cytoprotective can largely be explained by anti-apoptotic properties. HSP70 HSP90 directly interact with tightly regulated programmed cell death machinery thereby block apoptotic process at distinct key points. In cancer cells, where and/or frequently abnormally high, they participate oncogenesis resistance chemotherapy. Therefore, inhibition has become an interesting strategy therapy. contrast HSPs, extracellularly located membrane-bound mediate immunological functions. elicit immune providing link between innate adaptive systems. cancer, most immunotherapeutical approaches based exploit carrier function for immunogenic peptides. This review will focus roles apoptosis immunity how these being exploited
