摘要: The possibility to fabricate marine collagen porous structures crosslinked with genipin under high pressure carbon dioxide is investigated. Collagen from shark skin used prepare pre-scaffolds by freeze-drying. poor stability of the and low mechanical properties require crosslinking structures. Under dense CO2 atmosphere, allowed for 16 h. Additionally, hydrogels are foamed scaffolds obtained present a highly structure. In vitro cell culture tests performed chondrocyte-like line show good adherence proliferation, which strong indication potential these be in tissue cartilage engineering.
