摘要: Here, we are presenting the effect of electron irradiation on solar cell properties Cd0.3Zn0.7S electrodes. Briefly, Thin Films have been synthesized by an Electrodeposition method which is further characterized different physiochemical techniques. Our results revealed formation thin films with significant morphological deviation through deposition potential. Moreover, considerable positive potential electrochemical electrodes has witnessed. Later, suggest that electrode irradiated at 25 kGy nanoparticle like nanostructures exhibited. Further photovoltaic activity was studied forming photoelectrochemical having Cd0.3Zn0.7S/0.5 M (Na2SO3)/C configuration. The maximum efficiency and fill factor these PEC cells found to be 1.40% 0.68%, respectively.
