摘要: Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) for HIV prevention has evolved significantly over the years where clinical trials have now demonstrated efficacy of oral PrEP, and field is scaling-up implementation. The WHO UNAIDS made PrEP implementation a priority populations at highest risk, several countries developed guidelines national plans accordingly, largely based on evidence generated by demonstration projects. presents opportunity to change face offering new option protection against disrupting current systems. Nevertheless, as with all technologies, both practical social requirements must be taken into account if there sustained widespread adoption, which will also apply forthcoming technologies. Defining building success within scope scale-up requires careful consideration. This review summarises today, lessons learned from past, philosophy practicalities how successful programming may defined, provides perspectives costs affordability. We argue that programme about effective intervention integration ultimately keeping people negative.
