摘要: The Mesomycetozoea (Ichthyosporea) includes a group of fungus-like microorganisms which diverged near the animal fungus divide and is basal to lineage in Opisthokont supergroup. composition species within this has changed considerably since it was reviewed by Mendoza et al. 2002. There have been many additions as result phylogenetic sequencing, new discovered following examination digestive tracts arthropods other groups invertebrates. Furthermore, ecological surveys environmental sampling revealed high diversity Mesomycetozoean phylotypes marine, freshwater terrestrial environments. Initially considered comprising mainly fish parasites, are now known live association with wide range host organisms including invertebrates, fish, amphibians, birds mammals. Here we review examine broad spectrum its ecology light recent research based on sequence data, cultivation in vivo studies.
