摘要: Based on the original literature, author for first time describes a history of selective serotonergic antidepressants simultaneously inhibiting serotonin reuptake and directly interacting with receptors. A creation introduction their main representatives is presented. investigation neurochemical activity analyzed in details. The evolution classifications systemized. data presented suggest rationale unifying all antidepressants, receptors (trazodone, etoperidone, nefazodone, vilazodone, vortioxetine), one group 'multimodal antidepressants'. expediency to include this modern classification nootropic drugs substantiated.
