摘要: Rat erythrocytes, infected withPlasmodium berghei, were disrupted by freezing and thawing or parasites released mechanical breaking of the agglutinated erythrocytes. The soluble antigens, inducing blast transformation in non-adherent immune rat spleen cells, fractionated a sequence salting out, ion exchange chromatography gel filtration. At final step purification factor 83.7-fold was achieved. This fraction contained three components discernible SDS-PAGE molecular weights 56, 66 72 kD respectively. free parasites, also induced cells. After disruption freeze-thawing majority active antigens found sediment after centrifugation at 17,300g.
