摘要: Taurine is an important nutrient in intrauterine life, being required for fetal organ development and cellular renewal of syncytiotrophoblast (STB), the transport epithelium placenta. As taurine conditionally essential human pregnancy, placental demand met by uptake from maternal blood into STB through activity TauT. Pre-eclampsia (PE) obesity are serious complications associated with growth restriction (FGR) abnormal STB, a major risk factor PE. Here we test hypothesis that TauT reduced PE compared to normal pregnancy.
