摘要: Clinical observations following laparoscopic surgery indicate a shorter period of postoperative ileus than after conventional surgery. The aim our study was to verify disorders motility the small intestine by means implanted electrodes and cholecystectomy (CHE) in an animal model. Four weeks implantation three on jejunum, CHE performed laparoscopically 5 dogs additional laparotomy. Independent type operation, normal (especially migrating complex) abolished during early period. Electrical activity characterized basic electrical rhythm. Time occurrence first front, indicating restoration motility, varied significantly depending operation: It 5.5 +/- 1.0 hours 46 CHE. These results support hypothesis that peritoneal incisions less manipulation result reduced abdominal trauma.
