摘要: An affinity membrane was prepared by immobilizing copper ions (Cu2+) on chitosan (CS) and cellulose acetate (CA) blend hollow fibers, the (denoted as CS/CA-Cu) evaluated for its performance in adsorption of a model protein, Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA). The analysis indicated that amount coupled CS/CA-Cu reached around 3.9 mg per g-membrane. experimental results showed achieved high capacity 69 mg-BSA g-membrane, under typical solution condition pH at 7.4 ionic strength 0.12 M, with nonspecific being low less than 15%. isotherm followed Langmuir kinetics exhibited both transport-limited attachment-limited behaviors. also performed favorably neutral range strength.
