摘要: Abstract In this study, an immobilized metal ion affinity membrane (IMAM) was prepared and used to immobilize penicillin G acylase (PGA). The stability of storage the PGA (IPM) tested. When stored in deionized water (DI) at 4 °C, only 19% residual activity IPM retained for 10 days. However, when 10 mM phosphate buffer (PB, pH 8) with 0.1% NaN 3 , can retain 99% its a 10-day reaction test. feasibility regeneration after long period investigated. using 100 mM EDTA as stripping solution, re-immobilized capacity is 52% original one 4 regenerations. process modified by solution (300 mM NaCl, 25 mM EDTA, 20 mM PB, 30 min, then immersed 0.5 M HCl NaOH respectively 10 min, resulting IMAM reserve 5
