摘要: Abstract GeS 2.5 chalcogenide glass was selected for studying effects of Ga addition on physical and structural properties. Glassy partially crystallized samples (100− x )GeS − (5 mol% ≤ 40 mol%) were prepared, their thermal optical properties characterized. With increasing content ( ), values T g band gap glasses initially increased then decreased, showing a maximal value at = 25 mol%, that is, with stoichiometric composition 85.7GeS 2 ·14.3Ga S 3 . These changes discussed correlated to evolution network structure, which investigated by Raman spectra recorded in glassy matrices 40 mol%). This work contributes understanding composition–structure–property relationship glasses.
