Correlation Between Crystallization Behavior and Network Structure in GeS2–Ga2S3–CsI Chalcogenide Glasses

摘要: Diagram of the phase transformation behavior GeS2– Ga2S3–CsI glasses is realized in this article and structureproperty dependence chalcogenide elucidated using differential scanning calorimetry Raman spectroscopy. We observe compositional threshold crystallization locates at x = 6–7 mol% (100x)(0.8GeS2– 0.2Ga2S3)–xCsI glasses, which confirmed by thermodynamic studies. Structural motifs are derived from result that [Ge(Ga)S4], [S2GeI2], [S3GaI], [S3Ga–GaS3] were identified to exist glass network. Combined with information structural threshold, local arrangement these proposed explain all experimental observations, provides a new way understand correlation between network structure glasses.
