摘要: Abstract The plastid isozyme of phosphofructokinase from developing castor oil seeds is stimulated by low concentrations fructose 2,6-bisphosphate when assayed at pH 7.0. stimulation involves a shift in 6-phosphate kinetics sigmoidal to near hyperbolic. unaffected 8.0, and the cytosolic either 7.0 or 8.0. There no interaction between other regulators Ricinus phosphofructokinases; phosphoenolpyruvate, 2-phosphoglycerate, 3-phosphoglycerate inorganic phosphate.
