摘要: Abstract Fructose 2,6-bisphosphate is a powerful activator of yeast phosphofructokinase when assayed at pH levels ≥7.0. Half maximal stimulation enzyme activity occurs 10 −7 M Fru 2,6-P 2 concentration. This stimulating effect by can be synergistic to that exerted AMP in counteracting the inhibition ATP. The affinity (S 0.5 ) fructose 6-phosphate changes from 1.5 mM absence 40 μM its presence.
