摘要: High resolution two-dimensional gel electrophoresis was used to examine [35S]methionine incorporation into intracellular proteins of the stromal, myometrial, and epithelial tissue fractions mouse uterus uterine secretory products. This procedure revealed that estradiol promotes preferential synthesis different in myometrium, stroma, epithelium. Conversely, some myometrial stromal depressed by treatment; estrogen did not appear depress specific Thus, treatment influences protein each compartment a manner. system provides useful model hormonal regulation within compartments target organ.
