摘要: Banana (Musa spp.) is the fourth most important global food commodity after rice, wheat and maize in terms of gross value production. At present, it grown more than 120 countries throughout tropical subtropical regions staple for 400 million people (Molina Valmayor, 1999). Among production constraints, Fusarium wilt caused by fungus oxysporum f.sp cubense (Foc) devastating disease affecting commercial subsistence banana through out producing areas world (Ploetz, 2005). The ranked as one top 6 plant diseases (Ploetz & Pegg, 1997). In crop destruction, ranks with few such rust potato blight (Carefoot sprott, 1969). almost destroyed export industry, built on Gros Michel variety, Central America during 1950’s (Stover, 1962). addition, widely clones ABB ‘Bluggoe’ AAA ‘Gros Cavendish’ sub groups are also highly susceptible to this worldwide. Presently, has been reported all growing (Asia, Africa, Australia Americas) except some islands South Pacific, Mediterranean, Melanesia, Somalia 1962; Anonymous, 1977; Ploetz 2000).
