摘要: Male infertility is caused by a variety of factors including anatomical and genetic abnormalities, but it estimated that over 30 % male an unknown cause. The most likely contributors to idiopathic are life style environmental such as poor diet, insufficient physical activity, exposure toxins, tobacco, alcohol other substance abuse. This chapter describes the effects common recreational performance enhancing abuse marijuana, opioids, methamphetamine ecstasy, cocaine, creatine steroids on fertility. These drugs affect testes, spermatozoa, fertility negatively interfering with hormones responsible for proper regulation reproductive system gonadotropin releasing hormone, luteinizing follicle stimulating testosterone. Some these also interfere spermatogenesis via direct testicular influence. It therefore important know, especially those age wishing have children, substances contribute infertility.
