摘要: The epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) is a tyrosine kinase (RTK) with pleiotropic developmental functions in metazoans. It the prototypical member of ErbB family RTKs, which can form homodimers or heterodimers other members upon ligation variety EGF-related extracellular ligands to facilitate transphosphorylation and downstream signaling.
