摘要: This study explores the quality of life, social integration and effects perceived stigma people with mental illness living in community. Adopting a complimentary mixed method, this was represented by 165 Kuching, Sibu Miri. Findings indicated that life scale poor, 49.67% 78.43% often experienced stigma. Anticipated 43.79%; 16.99% all time 4.58% never also noted community are still largely depending on needed continuous support from their family members/carers for financial aid arrangement “better” life. Where treatment is concerned, follow up care at home health providers continue to play significant role. In order “erase” or experienced, establishing therapeutic relationship, communication creating awareness “stigma discrimination paradigm” poses phenomenal challenge current misrepresentations messages.
