摘要: Abstract Oxysterols are oxidized products of cholesterol that play several roles in various pathophysiological processes, including the control lipid metabolism, immunological and cytotoxicity. Mesenchymal stem cells multipotent with properties self-renewal ability to differentiate into other cell types, osteoblasts adipocytes. Here, we review literature regarding effects oxysterols on mesenchymal differentiation main signaling pathways involved this process.
