摘要: The RAAS through its physiological effectors plays a key role in promoting and maintaining inflammation. Inflammation is an important mechanism the development progression of CVD such as hypertension atherosclerosis. In addition to main regulating blood pressure hypertension, has proinflammatory profibrotic effects at cellular molecular levels. Blocking provides beneficial for treatment cardiovascular renal diseases. Evidence shows that inhibition positively influences vascular remodeling thus improving outcomes. are likely due decreasing inflammation, oxidative stress, endothelial dysfunction, positive on regeneration progenitor cells. Inflammatory factors ICAM-1, VCAM-1, TNFα, IL-6, CRP have roles mediating inflammation blocking negatively modulates levels these inflammatory molecules. Some markers clinically associated with events. More studies required establish long-term cells regeneration, clinical This review presents information RAAS's responses RAAS, signaling context remodeling, inflammation-associated CVD. Nevertheless, also equates need rethink rediscover new inhibitors.
