摘要: Dysregulation of specific microRNAs (miRNAs) is found to play a vital role in carcinogenesis and progression gastric cancer (GC). In the present study, we investigated expression profiles miRNAs cancer. Let-7b was downregulated remarkably tissues correlated with Helicobacter pylori infection, tumor stage, lymphatic metastasis. Ectopic let-7b suppressed growth, migration, invasion, tumorigenicity GC cells, whereas knockdown promoted these phenotypes. Bioinformatic analysis predicted collagen triple helix repeat containing 1 (Cthrc1) as direct target let-7b. Luciferase assay showed that repressed activity Cthrc1 through binding its 3’UTR. Western blotting also confirmed protein levels were decreased by significantly upregulated reversely GC. Co-expression without 3’UTR could rescue cell invasion inhibited These results suggest may directly function suppressor gene
