摘要: Abstract Significance: Accumulating evidence indicates that the success of some anticancer treatments (select chemotherapies or radiotherapy trastuzumab) could be related to stimulation an immune response through induction immunogenic tumor cell death (ICD). Recent Advances: Preclinical data revealed dying cells can emit a series danger signals (so-called “cell-death-associated molecular patterns” (CDAMP)) will dictate recruitment and activation specific inflammatory phagocytes. Hence, succumbing ICD are characterized by metabolic changes trigger hierarchy polarizing cytokine-producing cells, culminating in reactivation antitumor interferon-γ-producing effector T which contribute cytotoxic treatments.
