摘要: Efficiency measurements at 8.45 and 32 GHz (X- Ka-bands) have been carried out on a new 34-m-diameter beam-waveguide antenna now in use the NASA/JPL Goldstone Deep Space Communications Complex. The of portable test packages enabled both Cassegrain focal points. Radio sources (quasars Venus) were used as calibrators, updated determinations flux source size correction made during period measurements. Gain efficiency function elevation angle are presented, effects system structure clearly seen. At focus, an 8.45-GHz peak 72.38% was measured; GHz, 44.89% measured. >
