摘要: The purpose of this study was to determine the technical capacity and diagnostic accuracy 3D time-of-flight magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) in suspected cerebral vasculitis a retrospective analysis MRA digital subtraction (DSA) 14 young patients with clinical and/or radiological suspicion vasculitis. A total nine arteries were evaluated each patient. Consensus review DSA by three observers reference standard. sensitivity for detecting stenosis varied from 62 79% 76 94% DSA, depending on observer. specificity 83 87% 97% DSA. Using criterion "more than two stenoses at least separate vascular distributions" consider examination as being true positive, false-positive rates comparable. plays role first angiographical work-up When more distributions are depicted MRA, is not expected add significant contribution patient remains necessary when normal or less seen.
