摘要: DRESS (drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms) syndrome is a severe adverse drug-induced reaction. It manifests pyrexia, eosinophilia, lymphadenopathy, multiple organ involvement, mainly the skin, liver, kidneys. The purpose of this article to demonstrate that can be associated cerebral manifestations, concept not well known in neuroradiological literature. We describe three cases vasculitic-like lesions realize review literature association represents very rare entity. Acute ischemic were found among two patients. In all cases, perivascular enhancement was present. Magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) sequence normal. Although no biopsy performed, pattern strongly suggestive vasculitic process syndrome. Diagnosis must considered patients since it reversed completely by withdrawing causal medication instigating corticosteroid treatment timely fashion.
