摘要: Multipotent skin-derived stem cells represent neural-crest derived precursors which have neural and mesodermal potency can generate neurons, glias, smooth muscle cells, adipocytes. Transcriptional profiling studies show that both intrinsic programs extrinsic signaling pathways mediate their potency. In addition, recent progress implies may a broader developmental than previously expected, of is potential to germline in vitro. this review, we discuss the transcriptional multipotency crest-derived characteristics argue for germ-line competency view nuclear cellular reprogramming.
