摘要: Abstract Freeze casting can prepare porous materials with high porosity, directional pores, and complex shapes. However, due to the difficulty of obtaining nanoparticle suspensions solids loading, formed bodies usually experience large shrinkage have low strength in process vacuum drying heat treatment. To address these problems, we studied zeta potential, agglomeration, rheological property commercial P25 TiO 2 by adjusting pH value sodium hexametaphosphate additive amount suspensions. Suspensions up 30 vol% loading were prepared. The water freezing arrangement pores are influenced temperature gradient, samples laminar structures obtained.
