摘要: Abstract Monitoring expression at the transcriptional level is first essential step for functional analysis of plant genes. Genes-encoding proteins directly involved in early response to elicitor constitute only a small fraction all genes affected by elicitor. Transcriptional responses various elicitors have been extensively studied different plants including Nicotiana and Arahidopsis thaliana; however, corresponding data aren't available non-heading Chinese cabbage. To address this problem, we describe suppression subtractive library-based approach isolate plant's ESTs up-regulated induction/execution HR induced PB90 from Phytophthora boehmeriae. According their putative identification BLAST searches against three genome databases, 70 were classified into 9 parts: some aspect primary ‘metabolism’ or ‘energy’ production; ‘protein synthesis’ fate’; cellular communication/signal transduction mechanism; cell fates Beclin, SPT1, SPT2; HLA-B AGO1 which participate transcription; transport hypothetical function has yet be determined. Seven selected such as thioredoxin, HLA-B, MAP3K, SPT2, PB90, suggesting that may play an important role PB90-triggered HR.
