摘要: We studied changes in the carbohydrate expression following apoptotic cell death induced by treatment with interferon (IFN)-γ and anti-Fas antibody using human colon adenocarcinoma HT-29 cells. An of accompanied typical DNA fragmentation was observed when cells were cultured sequentially IFN-γ antibody. In flow cytometric analyses, Lex Ley antigen strongly slightly enhanced, respectively, on surface accordance apoptosis. When fucosyltransferase (Fuc-T) activities lysates from treated examined relative to those untreated cells, a 2.5-fold increase α(1,3)-Fuc-T slight α(1,2)-Fuc-T observed, but little or no α(1,4)-Fuc-T activity detected. Northern blot analyses probes for Fuc-T III, IV, V, VI VII genes, strong RNA messages V and/or weak message IV detected On other hand, found almost disappear 2.3 kb elevate 2.8-fold. Therefore, we suggest that increased might be involved process apoptosis, enhancement seems result encoded mainly gene.
