摘要: Specific mRNA and protein for two major keratins, K14 K19, were investigated in normal, dysplastic malignant oral epithelia by combined situ hybridization immunohistochemistry. In normal epithelia, present almost exclusively the basal layer of non-cornified, rete-processes cornified, sites. Dysplastic epithelium showed irregular extension transcript into superficial cells. squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), was abundant most samples whilst one poorly differentiated but no detected. K19 its predominantly cells noncornified epithelium, whereas cornified only dysplasias, detected all specimens absent cases. Even more variations expression observed SSC. These findings indicate differences control show that regulation is further disturbed during change malignancy.
