摘要: From worms to humans, recognizing and modifying a specific chromosome is essential for dosage compensation, the mechanism by which equal X-linked gene expression in males females achieved. Recent molecular genetic biochemical studies have provided new insights into how regulatory factors Drosophila are recruited assembled on X chromosome, leading hypertranscription of its genes.
