摘要: This communication deals with the application of photo-crosslinkable resins to inclusion enzymes, microbial cells and organelles. The method consists mixing (a) liquid oligomers suitable resin(s) containing photo-sensitive functional groups, (b) an appropriate initiator, (c) enzyme solution or suspension organelles, followed by illumination near-ultraviolet light for only a few minutes. simple convenient procedure produces tailor-made matrices in which biologically active macromolecules are successfully entrapped.
