摘要: Abstract The thermodynamic efficiency of Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) obtained from experimental systems has been obviously lower than theoretical results. One the reasons is that some elements affecting efficiency, such as pressure losses in evaporator, condenser and pipes, have not deeply discussed optimized. present manuscript detailed examined influences on ORC efficiency. Pressure system were divided into three categories: High Loss first category (HPL1), second (HPL2) Low (LPL). A formula was developed to describe relationships between categories Through analyses formula, it found adverse impacts are very different, mainly depending characteristic specific volume working fluid certain state. Because different volume, under a same value loss, LPL mostly leads largest drop system, HPL1 does less HPL2 least. normally 3–21 times larger HPL1, 30–50 HPL2. conclusions will serve guide for engineering applications system.
