摘要: Cerebral phaeohyphomycosis (CP) is a very rare but serious form of central nervous system fungal infection that caused by dematiaceous fungi. It commonly associated with poor prognosis irrespective the immune status patient. In this study, authors describe first case CP in Korea occurred 75-year-old man without immunodeficiency and showed favorable outcome after surgical excision antifungal therapy. addition, herein review literature regarding characteristics clinical entity previously reported cases.
