摘要: A number of recent papers have discussed issues related to electrical applications various types copper-to-aluminum welds. Little field experience, however, has been discussed. This paper describes techniques used at a large electrochemical manufacturing site for making transitions in high direct-current bus systems. After brief historical treatment problems with bolted transitions, explosion-bonded and roll-bonded transition designs experiences are Two described, mixed performance records. Some specific along an titanium interlayer permit the use higher fabrication temperatures without detriment strength metal-to-metal bond. Explosion-bonded shown good
