摘要: As the requirements for work continue to change, influenced by such factors as growing use of technology and globalisation, workers' employability increasingly depends on their ability adapt these changes. Alongside those influences are social changes that also transforming workforces workplaces, including longer working lives increased longevity a reliance experienced workers since number younger entrants life cannot keep pace with overall demands. All imperatives lead need resilient workers, capable learning adaptively across lengthening lives. While some will occur through accredited courses, much it arises everyday in circumstances practice an outcome own endeavours active (agentic) learners interactions others, out workplace. Drawing interviews 51 this paper discusses how training can help develop hence sustain employability.
