摘要: This chapter sets out the context, framing, procedures and broad outcomes of a 3-year investigation continuing education training in Australia. The sought to identify what might comprise approaches models that be applied across Australia, nationally, its regions industry sectors. aims these are to: (i) assist individuals sustain develop further their workplace competence secure advancement lengthening working lives; (ii) address needs competent workforces, (iii) make workplaces safe productive sites employment learning, (iv) provide communities with kinds skills they require.
