摘要: The genetic background of Fusarium head blight (FHB) resistance in the moderately resistant wheat variety Frontana was investigated GK Mini Mano/Frontana DH population (n = 168). plant material evaluated across seven epidemic environments for FHB, Fusarium-damaged kernel (FDK) and deoxynivalenol (DON) contents caused by two species (F. culmorum F. graminearum). effects phenotypic traits such as height heading date were also considered experiments. In population, 527 polymorph markers (DArT, SSR) within a distance 1,381 cM mapped. quantitative trait locus/loci (QTL) on chromosomes 4A 4B demonstrated significant linkage only with while QTL 3A, 4B, 7A 7B linked to DON accumulation alone. Regions determining all identified 1B, 2D, 3B, 5A, 5B 6B. these regions are greatest significance from aspect breeding. Our results indicate that against FDK can differ, should be taken under consideration during tests. Moreover, this is first report mapping Frontana-derived influence accumulation, which important since level contamination determines actions food feed industries. Selection therefore focus using molecular content.
