摘要: We show that unilamellar vesicles composed of zwitterionic lipids such as dipalmitoylphosph-atidylcholine can fuse in the presence DNA. Ca2+ ions are required to induce fusion. Nonradiative energy transfer was used monitor fusion process. The dependence extent and kinetics on mode preparation, size vesicles, calcium concentration lipid investigated. Small less than 50 nm rapidly, whereas larger 100 will not fuse.
