摘要: Background Vibrios, which include more than 100 species, are ubiquitous in marine and estuarine environments, several of them e.g. Vibrio cholerae, V. parahaemolyticus, vulnificus mimicus, pathogens for humans. Pathogenic parahaemolyticus strains possess two sets genes type III secretion system (T3SS), T3SS1 T3SS2. The latter critical virulence the organism be classified into distinct phylogroups, T3SS2α T3SS2β, reportedly also found pathogenic cholerae non-O1/non-O139 serogroup strains. However, whether T3SS2-related present other species remains unclear.
