摘要: Abstract Background Earlier research has indicated a positive association between coeliac disease (CD) and some mental disorders. Studies on CD depression have inconsistent findings we know of no study the risk bipolar disorder (BD). Methods We used Cox regression to investigate subsequent mood disorders (MD); BD in 13,776 individuals with 66,815 age- sex-matched reference general population-based cohort Sweden. also studied prior MD through conditional logistic regression. Results was associated an increased (Hazard ratio (HR) = 1.8; 95% CI = 1.6–2.2; p = 0.779, based 22 99 events). Individuals (OR = 2.3; CI = 2.0–2.8; = 0.001) were at diagnosis CD.
