摘要: Summary. Twenty-five polyethylene tubes filled with AH26 sealer, regular or silver-free, were implanted subcutaneously in the backs of seven young guinea-pigs. The tissue reactions studied after 2 months and evaluated for amount inflammation fibrosis present at openings tubes. differences between two sealers minor. In almost one-half specimens, some sealer was outside reaction around these clumps more severe than In this respect, trend a stronger to silver noticeable. The reduced dentine-staining potential silver-free combined its slightly smaller irritational potential, should make it preferable one if physical properties are not inferior.
