摘要: Interest in translational ecology (TE) – a research approach that yields useful scientific outcomes through ongoing collaboration between scientists and stakeholders is growing among both of these groups. Translational brings together participants from different cultures with professional incentives. We address ways to cultivate culture TE, such as investing time understanding one another's decision context incentives, outline common entry points research, working boundary organizations, building place-based programs, being open opportunities they arise. also highlight institutional constraints on practitioners, which collaborative can overcome limitations, emphasizing considerations for navigating TE within current frameworks, but pointing out institutions are evolving facilitate approaches.
