摘要: This paper presents a Compact Dual-Circularly Polarized Corrugated Horn with Integrated Septum Polarizer in the X-band. Usually such complicated structure would be fabricated parts and assembled together. However, exploiting versatility afforded by Metal 3D-printing, complete prototype is as single part, enabling compact design. Any variation due to mating tolerance of separate eliminated. The designed work from 9.5GHz 10GHz. It has an impedance match better than |S11|<−15dB gain about 13.4dBic at 9.75GHz. efficiency 95% operating band.
