摘要: Activated Akt kinase has been proposed as a central role in suppressing apoptosis by modulating the activities of Bcl-2 family proteins and/or caspase-9. To study mechanism underlying anti-apoptotic effect taurine, interaction between taurine and Akt/caspase-9 pathway was examined using simulated ischemia model with cultured rat neonatal cardiomyocytes sealed closed flasks. Taurine (20mM) treatment attenuated ischemia-induced decline activity Akt. Although had no on expression mitochondria level cytosolic cytochrome c, it inhibited cleavage caspases 9 3. Moreover, adenovirus transfer dominant negative form objected taurine-mediated effects, cancelling suppression caspase-9 caspase-3 taurine. These findings provide first evidence that inhibits cardiac myocytes increase activities, inactivating
